Walking to Walt Disney World
I haven't updated in a while. I have been walking pretty regularly, as a matter of fact I get to add 25 miles to my total. Mike and Dakota join me each evening, as well as Sarah and Nicky-our Lab and Daschund. We walk together six days a week, we take Sundays off. We have even started watching our diet more too, cutting back on fat and adding more veggies and whole grains. Overall, this has become a good experience for all of us, spending time with each other and getting some exercise in everyday. I think that's a win/win situation. Have a Magical Day!!

Wishing you lots of luck!!!! We joined a gym a year and a half ago and it's been great. I've always made relatively healthy meals, but it just didn't seem to be enough. :) I subscribe to Healthy Cooking magazine and that always has great low fat/low cal recipes that are simple and tasty!! :)
